Sort of a cross between Vista and 7 with a little bit of me thrown in.
This skin is nowhere near finished since it has a lot of elements from the diamond skin still in it. But it is stable enough for everyday use.
Made for windowblinds 6.4. For those that have previous versions of windowblinds I recommend updating (for FREE!) via Impulse or Stardock central.

if it is for vista you should submit into windows vista utilies and not into windows utilies.
