Finally another alpha! Sorry I've taken so long to develop this skin. Changes include:
-Yet ANOTHER new start button (you wouldn't believe how many I've gone through after settling for this one!). -New taskbar buttons (Cyan coloured like in vista, for anyone who preferred the colourless ones I will bring them back in the final release in a separate substyle). -White font on the start panel places list like you all suggested. -New system tray arrow button. -Other new buttons (inc. comboboxes, toolbars etc...)
-For Vista users I'd recommend doing two things:
1)Make explorer backgrounds a little bit translucent. 2)After applying the skin change the window colour in the "Window Colour and Appearance" Properites to something darker (depending on your wallpaper.
ALSO! There is a bug with perpixel toolwindows. If anyone has a solution to fix the problem please comment!
UPDATE! I've actually UPLOADED the WBA file. Here's hoping I uploaded the right one
ANOTHER UPDATE! I've just discovered how badly this skin works on Windows XP so XP users hang in there! I am working on getting this skin to work in XP.
Msstyle? I'm afraid that would be very difficult and time consuming; unless anyone fancies buying me Vista Style Builder [link] (hint hint ). Or we wait until WindowBlinds 7 comes out.

Hmmm. Could it be a windows/windowblinds 7 bug? Because it works fine in Vista. Might have something to do with the DWM shadows. Could you send me a screenshot? My email is: thoriumknight@msn.com

How many people died before they got fugu right?
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.

There is a bit of a problem with the per pixel at the top corners of the windows, no idea how to fix it, but overall it works very well!
